Mar 28, 2019 Good evening, I'm getting a 100% disk usage issue on my laptop. I've done a fresh reset to factory settings and it's still the same. I've run Malwarebytes, spybot search and destroy, and Avast. Dec 04, 2016 I am using a Dell laptop. Whenever there is a 100% disk usage, everything becomes slow but still responsive. When I use side scrolling or zooming using touch pad, it just hangs up for 3 or 4 seconds and then scrolls or zooms. But on my other HP laptop, even if there is 100% disk usage, there is no effect on its performance.
